Assault, Capstone, Ilfracombe

APPEAL- Officers are investigating a report of assault that took place last night Thursday 25th September 2025 between 2100hrs and 2200hrs, at the front of Capstone Hill, Ilfracombe, near the new toilet block.

A female walking her dog alone was pushed from behind causing her to fall forwards injuring her face.

This was an unprovoked attack and we are appealing for any information which might help identify the suspect as well as any relevant CCTV or Dashcam footage from the area at that time.
